The sanguino uses RTS Signal to reset.
So i just change one pin now?
and to make it easier, Why not just press the reset button after upload of sketch??
Ok, it is now clear for me - result : only MAX232 on your schematic (no 100n and 10k) , connect directly R2OUT (pin 9 on MAX232) to Reset on sanguino and close jumper JP8.
Without the reset pin connected you have to do both : start uploading on computer side (step 2) and press reset on sanguino (step 1).
Ok Everything is re-done.
This is the final schematic. I think everyting is alright. Can anyone please check?

Convention is that positive voltage symbols point "up" and Gnd and negative voltages point down.
You might want to add a bare pad on the max232 signal you're not using. That might permit you to connect it with a jumper wire later if you find a use for it...
The last schematic is ok.
