There are several 320x480 Mcufriend Uno shields i.e. 8080-8 parallel interface. uses most of the Uno pins.
I am not aware of any 320x480 SPI shields for a Uno.
Other 320x480 shields are in Mega2560 format. e.g. Mcufriend Mega2560 with Touch, ILI9481 / HX8357 without Touch. Most have some "features" e.g. no Touch or bad SD.
There is a new Red 320x480 ILI9486 shield for mega2560 that looks promising.
Personally, I like the small 240x320 Mcufriend Uno shields. There are many other 240x320 shields that fit a Uno e.g. from Seeed, Waveshare, Adafruit, ...
There are loads of 3.3V displays that require hand-wiring or an Adapter shield to provide the level shifting.
Uno shields fit on Uno, Leo, Mega, Zero, Due, Nucleo, FRDM, ...
If you go down the Mega2560 route, you are stuck with Mega2560 (or Due).
