I am new here and i wish to do some pwm projects. and decided to buy a mega 2560. Any suggestions please?
What is the task of the program in real life?
It's an intelligent power module. It drives modulated dc motors and and ac motors.
It needs some circuitry and and other components. Depending on the type and quality of ipm. i know it's not easy for a beginner. But i think that there are many people who have suceeded and willing to help.

Hey @anon17150013, if you mention more about what you are trying to do, maybe people can help you easily, by PWM you mean pulse width modulation, right? If you go through this pin mapping in the documentation of ATmega2560: ATmega2560: pin mapping you have about 15 PWM pins.
Also you mentioned ipm earlier, can you provide the full form of it?
Ohh so by ipm you meant intelligent power module, and I guess you need PWM pins to drive some motors, am I right? just curious
