Problem is nothing to do with memory. It's to do with the Comm port being used to upload your sketch.

Are you sure the UNO is connect to COM3?

In the Arduino IDE, under Tools, select the correct COMport, the error you are receiving, is your Operating system, (Windows) telling you another program already has gained ownership of COM3. Either you have multiple IDE's open, or another program is already using COM3. Either shutdown the other program, or select the correct COMPORT in the Arduino IDE.

it's ok. please watch my attachments.. and help mee.. but, arduino blink program is uploaded. it's no problem. so, this code are compile, no error. but, upload error.. please help me !!
