MIC4422BN ic , duplicate pin must be connected externally

Mic4422bn has 8 pins, two for power input, two for output , two for gnd , one for signal in, and one not connected. Its datasheet says duplicate pin mus be connected externally, should I short duplicate pins? Can anyone give me diagram as want to drive irfz44n with esp32 by mic4422 for pwm control.

Is it a stereo mic? I don’t know any other reason for two power, two outputs and two grounds.

Why there is only one signal in when there are two outputs is a little strange also.

Never heard of a ‘spare’ pin.

So the IRFZ Mosfet can be connected to an ESP32 to produce a PWM signal, but what is the big picture?

The mic4422 is a MOSFET driver chip.

Going to need more info in electronics terms in order to sort this.

What are you trying to do, and where did you get the parts, is a good starting point.

OOPS, my mistake. The doubled up pins are on the MIC4422BN, that is less confusing. what does the datasheet say?

The reason of double VCC/GND/OUT pins could be that this chip can pulse 9Amp.
Double power/grounding is all explained on page 7 of the datasheet.
