I do not have the propeller screw from the engineering kit that I bought all the way from US? How am I supposed to do the project with missing items???

And I just started on the project and yet there are already missing items!!!

is the best thing to do. Generally the people on the Arduino forum are just community members volunteering their time to answer questions, not Arduino employees. Arduino employees do currently monitor specific forum sections so I think you'll be likely to get an official response in the Products > Arduino Education Kits > Arduino Engineering Kit forum section.
