there were no propeller screws in my Arduino Engineering Kit R2, what are my chances to find it somewhere or is there some "workaround"?
Contact the seller. If that was Arduino themselves there should be details how to contact them on the order or invoice; else you can contact them via https://www.arduino.cc/en/contact-us.
I have no idea about those "propeller screws".
