i bought these two wind-sensors.

I got values from it on my windows pc with a modbus scanner software.
I try to read the values from the sensor on my uno r3 but it's not working.
i use these 485 boards ( https://arduino-info.wikispaces.com/SoftwareSerialRS485Example )
I trink i have to send (poll) a request und and then ? i've tried some codes but nothing works
