Multiple Load Cells

Hello,

I am working on a project where I would like to fairly accurate measure weights (+-1g). I have tried the square shaped load cells, which work perfectly fine for my use case:

As I need more stability for the measured weight, I thought I would go with the human scale load cell:

However, when I bought them, the tolerance was nowhere to be found and only after I have tried them, I figured out that the tolerance is around +-10g (in my case even more).

Now to my actual question, I want to use 3-4 of the square shaped 1kg load cells and was wondering if there is a certain setup that I should follow in order to make it work. As these have 4 cables and the wheatstone bridge is already set up inside of each load cell, I assume that I will need 3-4 HX711 Amplifiers as well.

Adding up all readings should do the job?

This is how the Thermomix does it: Thermomix TM5 Teardown - iFixit (Step 12)

Thanks in advance!

Great thanks for sharing a google link, unfortunately it doesn't answer my question.

Yes I did read google (even page 2  ). However, I am not quite sure which part of my question you don't understand? Let me repeat what I said in my first post, and highlight the important parts for you:

The picture you sent are 4 x 50kg loadcells.

Hope this clarification helps?
