Connect two load cells to the same amplifier

How to connect two load cells to the same amplifier?

Hi, @safoine81295

What amplifier?
If HX711 then Google;

hx711 multiple load cells

Are they Two wire or Four wire loadcells.

What means google :coffee:

4 wires

Then you just connect all the same type of wires together
Excitation+ to Excitation+
Excitation- to Excitation-
Signal+to Signal+
Signal- to Signal-

Basically the two load cells are in parallel.

You mean like in this picture?

Yes.
The HX711 output will be the average of the two loadcells

Use the Google search engine.

What is the best configuration?

Depends on what you are doing.
So what are you doing?
Which loadcells are you using?

Prototype of a weighting control system (as shown in the picture).

Can't tell anything from that picture.
Which loadcells are you using?

two 10 kg load cells

Use two HX711 amplifiers, one for each loadcell
You are not saving much by just using one.

The intention behind questions unrelated to finances is solely to determine the optimal configuration for my prototype.

So if cost is not a factor then I recommend two of these:

What benefits will I gain from using it?

Relative to using a HX711?
