Idk but it is not working.. it is my 2nd arduino uno with the same issue.and cannot upload code..

So I purchased the original arduino uno. I font have a pc so I used to code in my aunts pc. So when I installed IDE most of the data in the pc was lost and at last she called a technician and fixed it. From then I am coding from a mobile app- Arduinodroid. I am buying the 2nd board the first one had the same issue. The board is being detected but when I upload code it is not getting uploaded. Before hours it had an issue, the TX pin was glowing even without uploading. So the power led is on but the 'L' is not on and TX and RX led is glowing at low light. IDK what will I do because the project is day after tommorow. Please help....

The fact that the Rx and Tx light are glowing indicates an issue with the 16U2 (that is the square chip closest to the USB port). Did you test the new board before connecting it to the PC / phone?
A new board should have the blink application pre-loaded (L-LED flashing one second on, one second off.
What is the behaviour if you use e.g. a cell-phone charger instead of the phone?
What is the project that you're working on? Please provide schematics and code.
