My HC-05 suddenly stopped working

I have a little problem here. Two weeks ago I bought HC-05 bluetooth module from aliexpress and yesterday it arrived. I was satisfied, because everything worked properly. I also made a project with move sensor. But once, I accidentally switched some wires (including power wire) and truned on the arduino. And ever since that moment it doesn't work anymore. The LED is still flashing, but I don't see it in bluetooth devices. I am also pretty sure, that the problem is in module, becasue I tried it with BLE module at-09 and it worked. I also tried to do some AT commands, but i wasn't able to (I have never tried AT commands with any arduino before, so it isn't for sure that it really doesn't work).

Please help i have tried everything and nothing works.
I will be glad for any help.

And I'm guessing you are right. God only knows how you stuffed it up but, if the LED is flashing and your phone can't see it, I think you can assume it is dead. In this situation Arduino's only purpose is to provide power, which it clearly does.
