Hi there!
I've been unable to find this specific issue on the forum and hope my Arduino isn't busted 
The reset button on my Nano 33 iot isn't doing anything. It has power and the green LED is ON.
One click to reset-- nothing. Green LED remains ON, doesn't blink or cycle.
Two clicks to enter bootloader-- nothing. Green LED remains on, yellow LED remains OFF.
I've removed power multiple times and tried again, including with other cables, other power sources, etc.
I've even tried holding down the reset button while connecting and disconnecting power, same thing. Green LED is ON when power is connected, yellow LED is always OFF.
Also: My PC (windows 11) isn't recognizing the board as a device over USB connection, I've tried this with multiple cables as well.
The kicker: My other 2 Nano 33 iot boards are working just fine with the same cables and power sources.
I appreciate any and all ideas!
