Návrh PCB / Volitelně i prototyp

Hello,

I am looking for someone who could design the complete electronics for an LED stop signal paddle with the following requirements:

Technical specifications:

  • Signaling section equipped with RGB LEDs
  • Upon switching on, it lights up in STOP mode (red center + white outer ring)
  • Switching changes to GO mode (green center + white outer ring)
  • Powered by a 18650 battery located in the handle
  • Charging via USB-C (connector at the bottom of the handle)
  • Controlled by a single button

Control logic:

  • Power on: long press of the button
  • Default after power on: STOP mode
  • Short press (1 s): toggle between modes (STOP → GO → STOP → …)
  • Long press (3 s): power off

Deliverables:

  • Circuit schematic design
  • Selection of suitable components (MCU/driver, LEDs, power supply, charging)
  • PCB design
  • Optional: prototype

If anyone has experience with similar projects and would be interested, please reply in the comments or via email: ciizkovaaa@seznam.cz

Thank you.

In essence you need a (RGB) display that can alternate between two images (button press) and a power switch?

Are the requirements fixed or is there room for alternatives?
At least the requirements are incomplete.
e.g. how large must the display be?

What’s the budget? And should this be a commertial product?

Physical size? This is a bigger project if it's ... well, BIGGER. Driving enough LEDs for a meaningful 30cm diameter paddle is a different problem than a 5cm model, and may not even have meaningful battery life at reasonable brightness...

In addition to "development budget", it would be good to have a target device cost...
