Need help to get MKR ZERO upload program

I bought a MKRZERO for testing, running under PC windows 10. I had uploaded some testing program and it seems running great.
After serial times of uploading, it won't work anymore, IDE is waiting for a long time and seems no respond from the COM port, and ZERO is running the old program.
what's wrong with the ZERO, how to make it able to accept new program again, or How can i reset the ZERO to the initial state?

use double reset to activate the bootloader if the sketch fails to run

the main reason is I plugged the MRK ZERO again to the conductive foam to protect the pins. remove off, solved.
