To start off I should say I'm a newbie at programming I found some helpful codes on Arduino's website like the one I listed bellow, but it's not exactly what I want. All I need is to know how to read certain SMS messages and triggers an actuator. For example, I want Arduino to send 5V to output pin 5 when an SMS message saying Hello is received. Your help will be appreciated, I'm new to this and it's frustrating me!!

This sketch, for the Arduino GSM shield, waits for SMS messages
and displays them through the Serial port.
