If 75 is not fast enough then you need a different motor. So don't waste your money on drivers or power supplies that may not work.

Yes, I meant kg-cm. I actually need 6 to 10 kg-cm of torque.
What DIP switch settings should I use for that?

The torque/speed characteristics of you motor does not depend on those switch settings.

Set microstepping to 8 if you need it, none if you don't. Set current to max of your motor (2.8A).
Get 36V (min. 120W) power supply. That gives you max of your actual driver-motor combo.
Much too much. The stepper (2.8A and 0.9 Ohm per coil) needs (2.8x2.8x0.9) 7W per coil. That's 14W for both coils. Add some safety margin for driver losses and mechanical work, so 30-40W should at all be sufficent.

Doesn't matter what size supply or what driver you use, you won't get more torque than the motor can supply for a given speed.

So the TB 6600 works fine even when its 12V?
Little bit confused since most people says its to low voltage.

Depends on the speed you need. With higher voltage you get less torque drop at higher speeds.
