No display esp32 s3 touch 4.3. HELP

Hi. Im new to arduino devices. Just purchased a waveshare esp32-s3-touch-4.3.

When I first plugged it in it had the demo page on. So I tried to change it and not just blank screen. So trying to flash it back to factory demo.
.ive followed the steps in wave share. But no luck.

I've tried the flash tool but can't find the correct bin file or bootloader file.

So wondering if anyone's got an idiots guide to flashing this board.
