No DUF capable USB device aviable R4 Minima Cloud Editor on Surface Pro X/Windows 10 ARM 64

When I try to upload my Code to an Arduino R4 Minima I get the following Error Message:

dfu-util 0.11-arduino4

Cannot open DFU device 2341:0069 found on devnum 1 (LIBUSB_ERROR_NOT_FOUND)
No DFU capable USB device available
Executing command: exit status 74

There are quite some Forum Posts about this Problem but all others seem to use Linux, Mac or the offline IDE.
Some observations I made:
The online IDE detects the Board if plugged in.
If I check the Device Manager with the Board plugged in it shows under Other devices->DFU-RT Port with a Yellow/Orange triangle containing an exclamation Mark.

Beware I use a ARM Version of Windows (Surface Pro X) which screwed me over quite often so far.

Can anyone help me?

Hi. Please see this post for a possible solution. It's for ESP32, so you might need to tinker with it. The same settings can be adjusted in the cloud editor.
