My Phi-2 shield boards finally came in. Checked everything, Ahhhh! Silk screens were lost in the communication! Soldered one together. Works fine. I have 100 of them. I'm thinking about selling them at discount price ($8 instead of $12) for the inconvenience. I'm back ordering another 100 with silk screen. I feel pretty low. I made my Phi-1 shields, then sold them fairly quickly and without problems.

Contact the board house if you feel its their mistake. I had to do it once after my files were altered by there for an unknown reason causing the silkscreen to be reversed. My order was corrected
