No such file directory even though i have already installed the related library

You should be able to move the Arduino directory one up.

1. In the IDE under file preferences, change the sketchbook directory to C:\Users\ASUS VIVOBOOK\OneDrive\Arduino
2. Close the IDE
3. Move the Arduino folder from C:\Users\ASUS VIVOBOOK\OneDrive\ドキュメント\ to C:\Users\ASUS VIVOBOOK\OneDrive\
4. Restart the IDE.

Which version of the IDE are you using?

This has been reported before, I just can't find an issue report in github.
