No such file or directory

Im getting this error using the TinyGPS library:

/Users/quique123/Documents/Arduino/TinyGPS/examples/test_with_gps_device/test_with_gps_device.ino:3:21: fatal error: TinyGPS.h: No such file or directory

but I've checked my directory structure and its there as you can see here:

Your library doesn't appear to be in the libraries folder.

Yeah, it's in is sketchbook folder, instead of the libraries folder inside his sketchbook. It needs to be in the libraries folder.
