Nora UBLOX W106 Reset and Flashing issue

Hello,

I recently purchased NORA W106 module for our application.When am flash the module it shown some issue. And am need to work with NOR flash module in QSPI mode. So we are trying to write and read in NORA module.
Here below attached the screenshot when am flash the module for your reference,

Help me to solve the issue and give me guidance for QSPI communication.
