Hello, I'm curious If NRF24L01 and Xbee HC-05 are compatible with each other. Can I establish communication beetwen them. Correct Me if I am wrong but, in order to communicate they need to operate on the same frequency? Or do I need the same modules? Thanks in advance!
None of them are compatible with any of the others AFAIK
HC-05 is a Bluetooth device, irrespective of who else's name is in front of it, NRF24 is not a bluetooth device, so no. It is a matter of protocols, not frequency. It so happens that they are both 2.4 GHz devices, but that is just a coincidence. If you just want two to talk, get another of the same. If you want a swag of devices, it will most likely best to ditch the bluetooth and get more NRF24s.
