What have you tried so far to check that your radio modules are working?
Have you read through the excellent nRF24L01 tutorial? If not, I would recommend that you start here:
Check your wiring and head to post 30 for the checkconnection.ino sketch.
Once you have the basics working, slowly add in your required functionality, making sure that you test at each step.
