Nrf52832 and RGBW

I cant seem to control the Rgbw NeoPixel led (photo below for reference) that im testing on, idk if i have the wrong sketch, I’m using example sketch from Adafruit in their library for nRF52832, peripherals and controller.

Or if my pin outs are wrong on the board
USB for power +, G for -, and PO 17 for DIN.
I’m using Bluefruit connect app.
I get a response in the serial monitor when I change the color in the app but no response from the actual light.

If more information is needed I’ll be happy to give whatever is needed, I’ve tried other sketches in attempt to access the pin outs in the App as well to see if that would help.

Im trying to read and soak in all information on the forums and Adafruit that is readily available. This is all new for me, just trying to comprehend everything.

That looks a bit strange. How is data passed via that pin? Is it TTL serial? Else I would look for some kind of clock pulse pin.

That's a good way go get the basics in order. If You post schematics and code You could receive precise suggestion instead of guesses like above.
