I honestly didn't know there was anywhere left (in the US at least) that you could actually use a pulse phone!

I'm not aware of any place you can't use one.

Mine worked on a DSL line I had once also. I had to use the POTS filter, but that's all.

BroHogan, I've never used keypad encoder. HT9200 would be an easier way to get row and column, right? I might get one and try.
