In my opinion there is a typo in Using Arduino / Networking, Protocols, and Devices the second comma (before the and) is not correct.

Lists ranked by importance cannot be reorganized to satisfy ones desire to appear less choppy, nor alphabetized lists, nor temporarily aligned lists, to name a few. These are semantic arguments from authors who want their writing to be pretty, not necessarily accurate.

In that case the last comma seems have to be omitted because of obvious grouping "Networking Protocols and Networking Devices"
