Please help, I cant upload to Arduino Nano!!!!!

I'm fairly new to arduino, and trying to program my arduino nano with a premade code. the code works, but it keeps giving me the error message,

Please help!!! what should I do?

Which board type have you selected in the IDE ? There are different Nanos with different Bootloaders. Maybe try with the 'Uno' board type if you've already tried Nano.
