Hello
I have a solar-powered-repeater project going on. It's based on MKRWAN1310 board.
I'm currently driving it through VIN (two LTO-batteries in series 2.5Vx2cells=~5V)
I'm noticing that the board stops working when battery go under ~4.5-4.6V. Not that weird thinking about it.
What would be the best way, most efficient way to power the board from the LTO cells?
From what I understand, the battery connector on the mkrwan1310 is for 3.7V Lithium technology, max voltage 4.2? Would be great if it could take 5-6V....
I'm using a 5V solarcell directly to charge my LTO batteries, this project must save as much energy as possible, working on the 107 microamps in sleepmode....Going through own separate voltage regulators would add current draw.
If I Have to, what would be the most power efficient regulator or way to do this?
Very happy for any tips and tricks in this topic.
