Um accuracy is absolutely relevant.
It does not matter if the 5volt supply for the pressure sensor is 4.9volt or 5.1volt (accuracy).
What matters is that it stays that way, short term and long term (stability).
A different supply voltage only affects calibration, which has to be done anyway, even if the supply is 5.0volt.

Just asking if you understand the fact that pressure sensor output now depends on three variables, while it could only depend on one.
