I don't know what you refer to as "proteus". I suspect it is not the Greek God. Can you give us a link to that info?
Is this printls to be used on an Arduino?
this is proteus:
i use proteus for testing my technology hhh in a virtual simulation ^^
but in this software println dosnt work and i need to see string values 
Does that mean, that your question has nothing to do with Arduino?
Does this mean you are using a simulation program from isis that does not support println() ?
Do you have a link that gives any information/specs about "proteus"?

Yes, it's a simulator. My suggestion is usually to go and ask the people who developed it, it is not officially connected to Arduino.
