Problem accessing the network webserver

Hi,
I tried to connect the ESP32 camera module with the arduino, everything went fine
and it displayed for me:
WiFi connected

Camera Ready! Use 'http://172.20.10.7' to connect

but when I tried to access this IP from google chrome or microsoft edge
it told me: this site cannot be reached.
what is the reason? although it seems that the device is connected to the same WiFi
