Problem with arduino mkr nb 1500 to the Arduino IoT Cloud connection

Hi everyone,

I bought recently a Arduino Mkr NB 1500 and when i create a device on the Arduino cloud it starts the configuration of the device (the arduino board). But the problem is it never ends, there is always a problem : "the device is disconnected" or, "error : exit status 1" what should i do?

Am I doing something wrong?
