Problems commissioning Nano Matter with Amazon Echo Dot

Greetings!

I have a Nano Matter and an Amazon Echo Dot (4th gen running latest firmware: 11040830340) which should support TBR.

I'm using the Silicon Labs V2.2.0 library and the nano_matter_lightbulb_color sketch with the decommissioning routine embedded.

Nano boots and generates QR code link but when I try adding the device to Alexa it repeatedly results in an error (here are the screen shots following the QR code scan and confirmation screen advising the Matter device isn't certified)...

Any ideas what the problem could be? Note that I am running decommission before re attempting.

Greetings!

To connect nano matter your hub must be thread border router and your echo dot doesn't include thread support and therefore cannot function as thread border router.

you can connect the nano matter on:
Echo 4th Gen
Echo Hub
Echo Show 10 3rd Gen or above
Echo show 8 3rd Gen or above
Echo studio

or on google nest gen 2 and nest max.

Doh! I kind of didn't twig there was a non dot 4th gen!

Anyway I'm now connected to an Aeotec V3 (my home automation install is SmartThings so this kind of made sense anyway) and everything is working fine
