Programing ESP8266 12E using NodeMcu V1

Hello ,
I have a nodemcu v1 and a ESP8266 12E. Is it possible to make a communication with Esp8266 12E module and my Pc using nodeMcu USB to serial adaptur or TX RX (TTL) port?
I know the best way is to use a usb to serial converter. But I want to use nodeMcu instead of Usb to serial converter...

Not without some pretty serious soldering and rewiring. Buy the adaptor.
