Programmable Pump?

Hi, I'm doing a project that requires me to constantly transmit variable speeds to a pump that will output a maximum of 30 ml/sec. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of brands or specific pumps that could receive and output these variable speeds effectively and achieve the maximum output mentioned above.

The arduino components I am using are as follows:

Find the pump first. Then go for the driver. The L298N is not a good choice as it wastes 2 - 4 volt. Go for a MOSFET based driver that handles the voltage and current used by the pump motor.

The only pumps that can do your requirements will be the type of pumps called "peristaltic pumps".

I second the thoughts of member @Railroader vis a vis the ancient and inefficient L29x motor drivers. Those drivers output stages will drop 2V to over 4V of the motor supply voltage and dissipate that power as waste heat. Look at the size of those heat sinks.
