I want to connect a mini water pump 5V but my power supply is 12V and i know arduino can't give me the neccesary Amps. I have a L298N motor driver and want to know if i can use it to provide power, also a SRD-05VDC-SL-C relay for condition to open/close system.
I dont need to regulate speed or direction, just want to power it. It's what i have at hand, not much time for buy things ngl

You can control the motor with a transistor or your relay module directly.

Buy a 5v power supply.

Always show us a good schematic of your proposed circuit.
Show us good images of your ‘actual’ wiring.
Give links to components.

Don't even think about using that power supply for that motor unless You buy a step down converter giving 5 volt and enough of current, provided the 12 volt suply is capable,
What's the current draw of your pump? That 5V output of L298N can power something in the range of 500mA.
Post a link to the technical information on the pump and your power supply.
