Programmer not responding error

Hello guys i am new to this forum.
I am having trouble with my arduino uno. It says programmer not responding.

I have been using this programmer for almost a month it worked very well. I have also used it as XY cnc. It worked really well. But it suddenly stopped working and when ever i upload a program it give that avrdude error- not in sync. Cable is good, it is showing correct port in computer, arduino uno version is same. But it is giving this error.

So i have read some forums and thought i fried my atmega328p. So i have bought new atmega328p and still the same error is coming up.
Can't even uplead bootloader.
Please help me guys.
