Programming ATMEGA32 with arduino C language

i need to use arduino C language to use in any ATMEL microcontroller,
Special in ATMEGA32.
How i can do that?
I know how to use arduino as ISP, but i want to use arduino IDE or AVR studio to write code to ATMEGA32 with arduino C.
