Programming Camera to make videos HOW????

Can anyone give me an example on how to program my combined camera and SD unit to make videos, whenever the Arduino Uno R3 is on.

The problem is it only has 4 wires (red) power, (black) ground, (white) TX currently connected to Pin2 and (yellow) NTSC Video signal out connected to Pin3.

Can ayone help please?

I took the camera bit from my toy helicopter, but I want to know how to program it to work with the arduino because I broke the original IR controls it had.

It is very unlikely that that camera will ever work with an Uno.
