I come to discover the Arduino and its immense potential! But to be brief I am a real novice in the matter.
If I appeal to you it is to ask you to kindly guide me in my project step by step Please.
My project is to program the opening of my building door via my intercom at a specific time when I return without having to use the key or the vigik.
The intercom is of the mark fermax and the opening is done in two stages: 1: start of the video camera 2: door opening button.
If you do not press 1 the opening button will have no effect.

I don't read French, so I will take your word for it. Exactly why do want to interact with the intercom system, but not interact with the intercom system?
I love these guessing games! I am guessing your father owns the building and would not care if you broke the intercom system so no one can get into the building.

You still have not told us how you intend to have the Arduino command the intercom system without being connected to it. Perhaps you need to contact a magician.

In your apartment you have an intercom with push button on it which can open the lock remotely on the main door. You want to rig up some mechanism based on Arduino which operates this push button at a specific time each day. Is that it?

Did you want the door opened "at a specific time", or did you want it opened "when I return"? Under what conditions did you want the door opened? You have to specify in detail exactly under what conditions the door is to be opened. For instance: does it matter if the day is a weekend or public holiday?
As to how to make the arduino open the door, by the sound of it you are going to have to pry your intercom button out of the wall and add some wires to it. This might be your first project - can you get the door to open without using the button in the wall? Will touching the wires together do the job? Can you do this without getting caught breaking your lease agreement, or breaking the intercom for everyone?
I mean - if you build a system that opens the door, and it opens the door without you present to confirm the identity of the person asking for admission, and consequently someone breaks into the complex and steals everyone's shit, then you - you sonnyboy - will be held liable for everything that gets stolen.
In fact, even if it isn't your fault, if there are thefts in the building and it transpires that you have been tampering with building security (which is what you are proposing to do), you will be held to blame. Every resident of that complex will sue the crap out of you. In fact - I'd bet that there is specific language in your leas or body corporate agreement relating to building security. If people are paying money to live in a place with a secure front door, they don't want someone jamming the door open because it's convenient to them.
It's something to think about.
Speaking as a person who got into a little bit of trouble 30 years ago when I was young and stupid, take my advice: do not screw around with security. Ever.

I must reassure you and assures that the opening will be done only when I am sure I will be in front of the door of the building at time T and day D. otherwise not the arduino will be disconnected in the case contraitre.
