Rainbowduino x 4: Request for getting-started advice

Hi, everyone!
Ive got 4 Raibows, 4 led matrix 8x8 and 1 Arduino UNO.
I want to make led-matrix 16x16. But.. cant :slight_smile:

I cant making work 1 Rainbow either.
What i do? I wire Rainbow to arduino like that:

and uploading demo code to arduino via USB.
Uploading successfully, but matrix only blinking 1 red pixel and that's all. I spent all my day, but cat get it what i doing wrong.
Please, give me advice, keyword to google or just hint. Thank you!

Your diagram shows some strange connections:
Reset-> DTR?
Ground -> RXD?!?

I think you need to study the connections more.
