Next time try posting a descriptive title so that the right "expert" can help you. The generic title is useless. Based on your question what "Experienced Help" do you need? Someone who is experienced in clicking on two links and determining if two projects work together?
Regardless you actual question isn't very clear. You mention three things OSC (an interface protocol), Arduino (a microcontroller), and VirtualDJ (software). Then you ask "What I Would Like To Know Is If You Can Do It With VitualDJ."
So what does your question have to do with the Arduino?
