Hi
I know you can read rfid tags with a arduino and a extra rfid antenna/shield etc. I have seen custom (non arduino ) systems that interface with sensors and you can read the data via rfid or nfc. I was wondering if this is possible somehow with a arduino system and some hardware. It justs needs to be very basic, just read the sensor value with a standard smartphone rfid app.
Any help is welcome
Thanks
Do You want to read Rfid tags using Arduino or using smartphone? If Your phone can do it, why an Arduino?
No i want to use a smartphone to read a arduino emulated rfid tag with a sensor onboard. The rfid info should indicate the sensor value.

I don't get it. You don't answer my question, only repeat Your post changing some words. Try and draw a system overview, and post it.
which part don't you understand? ok I simplify:
A smartphone can read rfid and NFC chips. the smartphone is the reader, it is used to read the data in the rfid chip.
now imagine a sensor ( lets say a pressure sensor) this sensor is connected to a arduino. the arduino reads the value from the sensor. now attach some rfid system antenna also to the arduino. this rfid system on the arduino now pretends to be a rfid chip. ( it emulates a chip).
as you saw above the smartphone reads the data on a chip. now the chip is replaced by a arduino that pretends to be a chip.
the data the smartphone will read from the chip ( replaced now by the arduino) is the value from the sensor. the arduino updates and changes the data that can be read when the sensor values change.
now how do you make this arduino rfid system to pretend to be a rfid chip ?
I hope someone out there understands it and can help.
thanks
