Hi everyone, I wanted to DIY a tachometer using arduino for my Suzuki Vitara JLX 1997. The current wiring diagram in my car is "Ignitor -> noise supressor signal -> tachometer/ecu" Is there a way to read the signal without interfering the existing circuit in the car? [image]

[image] chewyuinyee: It is possible to just "TACH_SIGNAL" directly to the brown wire ? It is meant to connect directly to the coil, but i am not mistaken, it should be on the GND side, where the induction of the coil triggers the opto-coupler.
