Real time monitoring voltage and current of PV using Arduino and LabView

Hello everyone,
I have project to monitoring voltage and current of PV solar cell using Arduino and LabView
My components are
1- Arduino Uno
2- 12V 5.2W Polycrystalline Solar Panel 210x165x3mm
3- DC-DC step-down module 6-24v 5v3A USB phone charger 97.5% efficiency
4- digital current sensor INA219
5- DC Voltage sensor

my circuit as following
Solar cell .....> DC-DC step-down module
between them the sensors
the problem is the voltage before module is frequently depend on solar cell panel but after module is 0 voltage

what is your advice to do the project ?

The negative connection of the solar cells also needs to be connected to your system ground. A wiring drawing would surely help all of us.

I am already connect the negative with ground

What is the ACTUAL solar panel voltage when you do the test? You likely designed for the open circuit voltage of the solar panel.

between 3 - 6 V

That voltage range is less than what you say is the minimum voltage for the step down module.

so, please can you suggest a circuit ?

Why are you connecting the solar panel to the step-down converter?

To investigate the solar panel characteristics, connect it to an adjustable load resistor, the INA219 (ammeter) and the voltage monitor.

Outline of wiring

With the Adafruit INA260 sensor, current, voltage and power can be monitored simultaneously, using only one sensor module.
