Redesign of a low-power custom MKR1310 PCB (Jumper cut)

Hello,

Since the MKR 1310 is open source, does anyone have tried to redesign the PCB without the components that are connected to the power jumper (voltage regulator and battery management ic)?

I have already design a HAT PCB that includes a low-dropout voltage regulator and a 18650 battery cell and combined with the MKR1310 (jumper cut) i am able to run it with 13uA deep sleep current.
It would be interested to combined in to a single PCB.
