Regulate the voltage of a source of 13.5 with the XL6009 module

I need to regulate the voltage of a source from 13.5v to 12v; And 13.5 to 7v.
Can I do it with this XL6009 module?

It is to connect a source of 13.5 and regulate the voltage for an arduino, and also for a lock.

That module won't work. "Boost" means that it's used to boost the voltage, not lower it.

If you need to lower the voltage, you need to find a "Buck" -module - also called a "step-down"-module.

Also, can you state what part that need the 12V? Usually parts made for 12V works just fine at 13.5V - look at the datasheet / documentation for the part or post a link here so we can check.
