Replacement for MKR GSM 1400

A lot of people have reported serious problems with the MKR GSM 1400. The best summary can be found in this short thread -
https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=691145.0

In that thread, someone from customer service offered to replace any underperforming MRK 1400 board with a new upgrade for free.

How do I get this upgrade? My unit is having problems that I will not detail here - suffice it to say that they are entirely consistent with the complaints that people have been making for a long time about the MKR 1400.

This question is for customer service. I'm asking it here because the "contact us" link on the main page is broken. My apologies to everyone else.

Thanks!

the "contact us" link on the main page is broken.

Would you mind posting the URL of the link and describing what is broken about it? The one I found:
https://www.arduino.cc/en/contact-us
seems to work fine for me (though I didn't actually submit the form).

The URL is the same one you just posted. When I click on it, it takes me to a blank white page. Not sure what the problem is.

Not that it matters - I know the email is support@arduino.cc and will send an email there as well.

While I have your attention - any info on getting a replacement for my misbehaving MKR GSM 1400?

I'm not sure what the batch number is - I got the unit from a colleague and will have to check with him. Just would like to know what the procedure is.

I think the correct approach will be to contact support. They'll be able to answer any question about the replacement process.

Sorry to hear about your problems with the MKR GSM 1400 and the support contact form.

No worries! Thanks for your time.
